EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you want to make a return , You have a maximum period of 10 days to request it, We will take care of collecting the package and once we have checked that everything is correct , We will proceed to refund the amount of the order , discounted 15 € for round trip shipping , order management and handling.

Exchanges or returns of personalized products will NOT be accepted.


MODIFICATION AND/OR CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

The product can only be modified or canceled in the 24 hours after placing the order .

In the case of orders for events, If you want to modify the order you must contact us as soon as possible


INCIDENTS

Check your order and if you detect that the product is damaged you must contact us as soon as possible.

Past 24 hours of reception and without any reported incident , we will not attend to any claim


SHIPPING:

At DULZIA Castellón we have these shipping policies :
Shipping 24/48 hours from the time the order leaves the store.
The preparation time for each shipment will depend on the product chosen. .
For wedding orders, baptisms and communions the preparation period is 7 a 10 days, If the products are engraved 15 a 20 days.
The shipping cost is 4,90 to the peninsula and Free on orders over €120.
